Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with Spredo. If it's not working out, we've got a straightforward refund policy. All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. Just email us and we'll process your refund promptly.

Subscription Renewals

Refund requests for subscription renewals must be made within 7 days of the renewal charge. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, reach out and we'll sort it out. We understand things slip through the cracks.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What's Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Requests after 14 days from the initial purchase or 7 days from a renewal charge.
  • Partial month usage: If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Free plan: The Starter plan is free, so there's nothing to refund.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Starter plan. No further charges will be made.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees and can be avoided by simply reaching out to us first. We're happy to resolve any billing issues directly.
